The penetration rate of LED lighting products in Thailand

According to the survey of market research agent, Asian countries including Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and other countries and districts show their keen chasing toward the basic construction investment, and the economic reflection shows better growing spaces than the mature market, thus the requirement toward led lighting products increases, it is the new battle field for the LED enterprises.

Thailand government is working on the LED lighting project positively, thus the requirement toward LED high bay lights will be promoted. In 2012, the total value of Thailand lighting market is about 250 million dollars, the penetration rate of LED is about 10%, and it is predicted that until 2015, the penetration rate of LED lighting products in Thailand can reach up to 45%. Furthermore, if the Chinese LED lights supplier get the license of national source area, the LED products that export to Thailand can enjoy the zero tax, but these LED high bay lights and some other related products have to pass the certification system of Thailand.
